Q. How can I connect to online library research resources?

You may access many of the online databases to which Zief and Gleeson Libraries subscribe (Gleeson is USF's undergraduate library).

Many these subscription databases are available to current USF students, faculty and staff via authentication. Here's how to connect from on or off-campus.

  1. Find a link to the database you want to search.

To connect successfully from off-campus, you'll need to use a database link that appears in one of the following:

When you click on the database link, you'll be prompted to supply your MyUSF login information. This is the same username and password that you use to log in to a campus computer or to log in to your DonsMail Account.

For more information about the library's authentication system, please visit our Open Athens page.

If you're a USF law student, law professor, or law staff member and have problems with database access, call the Zief Law Library reference desk at 415-422-6773.
